1943

Department Founded

Lake Johanna Fire Department was established as a private non-profit entity to serve the growing communities of Arden Hills, North Oaks, and Shoreview.

1960s

Service Expansion

Expanded services to include emergency medical response and specialized rescue operations as the community grew.

Invested in modern firefighting equipment and apparatus to better serve the community's evolving needs.
